Happy Thanksgiving to you.

Thanksgiving is right up there with my favorite holidays.

I am thankful that there are people out there who care to read whatever I write, so thank you for being those people and coming back day after day so I can do more than just pretend I have an audience.

No trip to New York this Thanksgiving for us - we’re staying local with Kathy’s family - which happens every once in a while. (Sometimes we go to New York over the weekend even if we’re doing Thanksgiving locally.) It will be a nice relaxing 4-day weekend.

And really this is just an elaborate way of showing you the fun gift I got the family this year. It’s really kind of a Christmas gift but I couldn’t wait another month to give it to everyone so since my daughter is home from school I had them open their little figures this week. I ordered these custom-made (designed by me) mini-figures of the family.

I love it so much.
